Peter McAllister, MD

CEO & President

Peter McAllister, MD, FAAN, is an experienced neurologist and the CEO and president of Ki Ketamine in Stamford and Westport, Connecticut. At the practice, Dr. McAllister and the team offer patients infusion ketamine therapy to treat a wide variety of conditions, including depression, chronic migraines, and complex regional pain syndrome, to name a few. Dr. McAllister earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut. After graduating, he completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He was the chief resident during the final year of his neurology residency. Dr. McAllister is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Always staying abreast of the latest developments in his field, he has earned accolades for his work and research throughout his career. He’s a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, the vice president of the board of directors of the Brain Injury Alliance of Connecticut, and a member of multiple professional organizations.

Nicole Nelson, APRN, FNP-C

Director, Ki Ketamine & Ki Wellness

With a strong foundation in critical care and a specialized focus in neurology, Nicole offers a distinctive perspective to Ki Ketamine. She earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Saint Joseph and went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from United States University. Nicole brings both clinical skill and compassion to every patient interaction and is passionate about bridging traditional science with innovative therapies and helping patients achieve meaningful relief and lasting balance. She believes true healing begins when we address the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Guided by this philosophy, Nicole combines evidence-based medicine with an integrative approach to support the mind, body, and overall well-being. She is deeply committed to personalizing each patient’s experience and empowering them to rediscover health from the inside out.

Diane Rubinstein, RN, BSN, MA

Diane Rubinstein, BSN, MA, is a registered nurse with 35 years of experience in critical care, emergency nursing, and ketamine therapy. She began her nursing career in New York City, working in the ICU before transitioning to Emergency Department nursing. Diane has lived and worked in Connecticut for the past 28 years and has specialized as a ketamine nurse for the last three years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University and her Master’s degree from New York University. Diane has also spent many years serving as a TNCC instructor. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her three grown sons, and her French bulldog, Blu.

Amy Arnow, RN

Amy joined the Ki Health Partner’s Team in 2025 as an infusion nurse, specializing in Ketamine and Wellness Infusions. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from St. Vincent’s College in 2010 and brings over 15 years of experience in ambulatory surgery, aesthetics, and wellness. Throughout her career, Amy has been dedicated to delivering compassionate care and personalized attention to help patients restore balance and feel their best- both inside and out. She is passionate about integrating holistic health and wellness practices to support patients on their journey towards happier and healthier lives. Outside of the office, Amy enjoys staying active through physical fitness, reading, and spending quality time with her two sons, Sean and Ryan.
